RnD Associates provide human capacity building services to strengthen the knowledge and skills of service professionals to build more vibrant, healthy and safe communities.
Team RnD was on the ground in North Laurel, Howard County, gathering valuable data for our Community Health Needs Assessment, conducted for the Howard County Office of the Local Children’s Board.
Team RnD was live at Morgan State University for the final event of the CDC PS24-0047 grant, funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and administered by the Baltimore City Health Department.
On May 31, 2025, at Morgan State University, we brought voices to the forefront with a transformative Storytelling Training + Live Stage Performance centered on relationships and sexual health.
Reached youth, adults, and seniors across zip codes, connecting hundreds to PrEP, PEP, and life-saving prevention services while breaking down barriers to care.
When men speak up about sexual health, they break the silence, challenge stigma, and protect their families and communities. Reaching men means reaching everyone.
We are proud to announce our partnership with Tilla Health in a shared mission to improve healthcare outcomes for Ethiopians and communities worldwide.

Big shoutout to our unstoppable Founder & CEO, Rebkha Atnafou-Boyer, MPH, for delivering a powerful speech at the Baltimore Entrepreneurship & Leadership Network (BELN)!
As the former Founding Director of the Bunting Neighborhood Leadership Program at Johns Hopkins University, Rebkha has spent decades championing community leaders, amplifying neighborhood voices, and equipping changemakers with the tools they need to transform Baltimore from within.
Through BELN’s mission to support entrepreneurs and leaders - especially in underserved communities - Rebkha continues to do what she does best: build people up, bridge connections, and turn bold ideas into reality.
We are proud to witness her legacy of leadership and equity in action.
In a powerful display of grassroots impact, a project funded by the Baltimore City Health Department showcases dedicated ambassadors and advocates championing sexual health promotion, HIV/STI prevention, and the awareness of PrEP and PEP. These ambassadors, drawn from trusted community-based organizations, have the unique advantage of deep connections within the neighborhoods they serve.
One of our incredible mentees is now a nephrologist in Ethiopia, paving the way for future healthcare leaders.
We’re proud to celebrate Brenice’s incredible achievement - a true testament to her hard work, dedication, and excellence.
