RnD Associates is a non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status owned and operated by an African American woman.  

Founded in the heart of Baltimore, RnD Associates empowers professionals and organizations by building their capacity to improve health outcomes. Our focus areas include sexual and reproductive health, including HIV/AIDs, Youth development, program evaluation, mentorship, and cross-continental knowledge exchange.

We engage communities using data-driven, culturally relevant approaches like our proprietary SPARK method (Surveillance,

Proximity, Activation, Reframing, Knowledge Transfer).
